An Introduction To The Festival

Celebrating its 44th anniversary, Park Avenue Summer Art Festival is hosted and produced by the Park Avenue Revitalization Committee! The Festival is attended by more than 250,000 people over two days! The rich history of the festival makes us a return destination for people across the state!

Brand Name or Retail Business

If you are a brand name or retail business, or other type of business that would like to directly influence the 250,000 visitors of the annual Park Ave Fest, please complete the following information and we will contact you directly.

IMPORTANT – No direct sales are allowed in this category. This is for service oriented businesses or businesses looking for leads for future sales.

June 1 Late deadline for application with $100 late fee
July 6 Deadline for late application booth fee
July 7 Exhibitor Packets Sent
July 31 Set-up for Fest 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm
August 1 Morning set-up for Fest 6 am to 9 am
August 1 Festival 10 am to 6 pm
August 2 Morning set-up for Fest 6 am to 9 am
August 2 Festival 10 am to 5 pm
  • $40 Application Fee
  • $100 if application is submitted after March 27th
  • Final booth fees will be determined once we receive your application
Approval Process
  • A committee will select exhibitors in April 2020.
  • If you are not selected, your check will be returned.
  • Final fees will be sent to you in your acceptance notice
Booth Spaces
  • Booth spaces are 10' x 10'
  • You may request a general or specific location, but NO GUARANTEES are made that you will be assigned that space. Space assignments are final!
  • You must provide your own tent, tables, electrical cords etc.
  • Many spaces are not level, SO YOU NEED TO PROVIDE LEVELERS.
  • Be prepared for all weather, with appropriate rain covers, tie-downs and weights.
  • You will need at least a 40lb weight attached to each leg.
  • All tables must be draped to the ground.
  • Boxes and packing crates may not be visible.

  • Your exhibit MUST be on display for all festival hours with someone present. Failure to do so will result in your rejection from the festival. In case of an emergency, notify your Block Captain immediately.
  • You MUST display your registration certificate in the upper front right-hand side of your booth. You must also wear your provided name tag.
  • All items in your booth must be consistent with the photos submitted with your application and with the descriptions on your application. We have the right to require that any other items be immediately removed from the show.
  • You will confine your exhibit space to the space you have been allotted. NO displays will be set in the street or protruding curb area.
  • Your staff will not "hawk" business or products in the street and will operate in a professional manner.  Amplified sound is prohibited.
  • Artists and exhibitors will endeavor to be good neighbors. ANY disagreements will be reported to our block captains for resolution.
  • A certificate of insurance showing General Liability (including product liability) in the amount of $1,000,000.00 must be included with your application. The Park Avenue Revitalization Committee, Inc. (PARC), 620 Park Avenue #148, Rochester, New York 14607, must be listed as additional insured for the duration of this weekend event on your policy.
  • If you do not have liability insurance the Park Avenue Revitalization Committee can provide you this coverage for an additional fee. Please notify us at to request a quote for this insurance.

NOTE: This application does not grant category exclusivity to the applicant.

Exhibitor Application Checklist

Exhibitors the following items must be included with your application:

  • Completed Application Online or paper
  • Photographs showing close ups of your booth and products.
  • Self-addressed stamped envelope
  • $40 Application Fee
  • $100 if application is submitted after June 1st
